  • Assessment-Discovery

    Our core diagnostic is science-based and proven to measure the Conditions necessary for high performance (aka effectiveness in complexity). We also collect data from the perspective of the individuals on the team, allowing them to speak from the existing culture and context. We do this through SenseMaker. SenseMaker enables Leaders to visually map what is occurring beneath the surface that ordinary interviews provide and be able to make effective choices. In Complexity, Leaders learn to Probe-Sense and Respond, and the quality of SENSE is elevated with SenseMaker. All data gathered is kept anonymous and confidential (Chatham House Rules).

  • Debrief-Learning-Thinking Together

    Debriefs of Full Team or Pulse Reports are performed with Leaders, Teams, and any Functional Leads that can benefit from gaining insights. Debrief is also a time to learn about Conditions Thinking and Sense & Respond Leadership (aka: Leading in Complexity.)

  • Design, Re-Tuning & Fine Tuning

    Your team will co-create a roadmap that enables a responsive trajectory towards a team that is other than the sum of individual contributions.

    Your team will learn new approaches and techniques that are pragmatic, support an agile environment, and increases a unified enterprise perspective.

    The roadmap will not be an end-state but a path that is a trajectory toward a meaningful, responsive, and aligned direction. The focus is on micro-movements that can be experienced continuously.

  • Coaching

    Depending on the roadmap, several coaching options will be recommended. Team coaching will happen in real-time for any adopted processes and strategies, with a focus on improving practical knowledge as well as the adoption of leadership skills.

    In addition, individual coaching sessions can be integrated during the Team Coaching Journey. Our practitioners are experienced in The Leadership Circle Profile and Positive Intelligence.

  • Sustaining

    Pulse Leadership Team Health Check diagnostics and retrospectives to create a continuous feedback loop that is meaningful, actionable, and designed in partnership with the entire team.
